1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MessageBridge AI ("MessageBridge AI", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") via msgbridgeai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you represent an entity or organization, you warrant that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MessageBridge AI provides an intelligent omnichannel customer messaging CRM platform, allowing organizations to manage conversations across channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and live messaging. Services include inbox management, AI autopilot assistance, routing, campaigns, and channel integration webhooks.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details when opening an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API tokens.
• You agree not to use the Platform for unauthorized spam messaging, unlawful communications, or activities violating WhatsApp/Meta Commerce Policies or Telegram Terms of Service.

4. Acceptable Use & Channel Compliance

Users must comply with all third-party messaging network policies when sending messages through MessageBridge AI:

• WhatsApp Business API: All outbound messaging must adhere to Meta’s Business Messaging Policy and opt-in consent guidelines.
• Telegram Bots: Telegram messaging must comply with Telegram Bot Platform Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or unauthorized data scraping.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the MessageBridge AI platform, logo, trademarks, software code, and interface designs belong exclusively to MessageBridge AI. You retain ownership of all content and customer data submitted to your workspace.

6. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% service uptime, MessageBridge AI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream provider outages (e.g., Meta or Telegram API downtime).

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon account closure, all stored workspace data will be queued for permanent erasure in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.
